Emmanuel was born in Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria, and did his early learning in Nigeria before moving to the United States in mid-1980s for further education. He studied at Bellevue University and the University of Nebraska Omaha and joined the US military in 1989, during the Gulf Wars in the 1990s. Emmanuel further assume his education path by taking a Master’s degree education in Information Technology Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County after his military service. He now lives in Maryland, and he is a Cybersecurity Analyst. He is a married man and he is blessed with five children.
